By accessing or using StudyRPG (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
StudyRPG is an educational platform that converts study materials (PDFs, EPUBs, and other documents) into interactive RPG-style game worlds. The Service is provided on an “as is” basis and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.
You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You may not use a false identity or impersonate another person or entity.
Game worlds generated by the Service (“Worlds”) are the property of StudyRPG, not the user who created them. When you upload study material and generate a World, you grant StudyRPG a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and use the resulting World.
Worlds will not be deleted upon account deletion unless the World contains personal information belonging to the account holder. If you believe a World contains your personal information and wish to have it removed, you may submit a removal request to contact@studyrpg.ai.
Public Worlds may remain accessible to other users after your account is closed, subject to the personal-information exception above.
You retain ownership of the source materials (documents) you upload. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to do so and that your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
You grant StudyRPG a limited license to process your uploaded content solely for the purpose of generating Worlds and providing the Service to you.

Certain features require the purchase of credits. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
Subscription plans, if applicable, will be billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STUDYRPG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 4, 7, 8, and 9 survive termination.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or, where not permitted, in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
